Returns (Online Purchases Only)

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing list).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to the nature of embroidered items, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the warehouse. 

Return must be received and accepted for inspection before money is refunded.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. Original shipping/return charges are non refundable. We do not refund the cost of shipping, only the purchase of the items.

Exchanges (Online Purchases Only)

We will gladly issue an exchange within 14 days of receiving your shipment (for in stock items) or refund as requested.

Please include a note with customer name and item description to exchange. (Ex-Need large navy work shirt instead of medium)

Product must be delivered and accepted for inspection before new item is exchanged.

Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping back to the warehouse.
